The carriage cost on your order is automatically calculated according to the weight of your order.

Larger items such as Subwoofers, Head Units, MDF Boxes etc. are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Parcel Service), and smaller items such as Adaptors and Leads are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Post.

Your order should reach you within 7-10 working days once despatched

All your items are despatchedl from our store in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

Returns

All items are brand new and checked before despatch, and carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty is not transferrable to new owners. Warranties and Guaranties cover normal use, and do not cover misuse, accidental damage, modification to the product, or neglect. Warranties also do not cover the cost of testing or the cost of removal or reinstallation.

If your items reach you in a damaged condition, please phone us within 24 hours of receipt on 01902 717788 and e-mail us on sales@aveshop.co.uk so that the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. We do not accept liability for shortages or damaged products unless we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Please retain all the original packaging and any documentation that was supplied by us or the courier. 

We will not be held responsible for consequential or pure economic losses associated with damaged or shortages of goods.

If supplied items fall faulty within 12 months, the items can be returned to us at your cost. After the fault is rectified and found to be faulty under warranty, the items will be sent back to you free of charge. If it is found that the items are found fully working and operational, or the fault does not fall within the warranty, the courier cost of return passes to you (the customer). For faults that do not fall within the warranty, the cost of testing the item will also pass to you (the customer).

Purchases made in our store are not sold on a trial basis, and therefore customers are advised to check the specification of products prior to ordering.
